TUKO NEWS VIDEO EDITOR CHARGED FOR LEAKING SEX VIDEO OF A FEMALE MP

Police have been given 14 days to   hold a suspect who is believed to have been involved in the circulation of sex video in the internet belonging to Wajir women representative Fatma Gedi recently.
The suspect Douglas Mbaya was arrested yesterday and was brought before Kiambu  Senior resident Magistaate Brian Khaemba where he was not allowed to take any plea.
Cybercrime investigating officer Bakhith Khaungu told the court that the days they were praying were to allow them obtain a forensic report on cyber report from the communication authority of Kenya.
They were also intending to travel to Wajir and Kakamega to arrest more suspects linked to the case as it is expected to begin.
The prayers were heard and the suspect is expected to be arraigned in court on 14th January 2019.
